I Don't Need Chocolate

This tutorial was written by me. Any resemblance to others is purely coincidental and unintentional. This tutorial was written using PSPX3 but should be able to be done in all versions. Please do not copy this tutorial or tear apart to claim it as your own. What you make from this tutorial is yours to do with as you please. Please do not use this tutorial to gain profit from your results.

This tutorial is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Honored Scraps. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Cocoa Kisses. You can do so at Treasured Scraps.

Tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You can purchase his work at PTE. You must have a license to use his work.

This tutorial is written as a guideline. You do not have to use the same supplies I use unless you want the same end results that I have achieved.

1) Open paper11. Duplicate this image and close the original.

2) Open Foldedpaper3. Copy and paste as a new layer.

3) Open Frame2. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 80% and move it so that it is just below the folded paper line. See header for placement.

4) Open Rose1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 70%. Move to the lower left side of your frame. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate and mirror.

5) Open KissMe1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 70% twice. Position on the left side rose to the right. See my header for placement.

6) Open Chocolate1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 70%. Move it down below your kisses layers. Position slightly to the left of center. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate and mirror.

7) Activate your frame layer. Select the first frame on the left and the 3rd frame with your magic wand tool. Expand the selections by 2.

8) Open paper8. Copy and paste as a new layer. Selections invert and delete. Adjust the opacity to 39 and the layer properties to soft light. Select none.

9) Select the last two frames. Expand by 2.

10) Open paper14 copy and paste as a new layer. Invert the selections and delete.

11) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Move it to the top and center it at the bottom of your frame.

12) Type out the text "I don't need chocolate, I don't need roses, I only need you!" in a font, size, and colors of your choice. Position on the top right under the folded paper. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

13) Add all copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

14) Crop off the excess from the bottom. Resize to a size of your liking and save in your desired format.

Easter Blossom

Easter Blossoms

This tutorial is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Honored Scraps. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Easter Blossom. You can do so at Treasured Scraps.

Tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You can purchase his work at PTE. You must have a license to use his work.

This tutorial is written as a guideline. You do not have to use the same supplies I use unless you want the same end results that I have achieved.

1) Open paper 6. Duplicate the image and close the original.

2) Open frame4. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it by 90 degrees to the right. Leave where it is.

3) Open swag1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 80%. Move the left hand side of your frame. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate it and mirror.

4) Open rose4. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 80% twice. Give it a drop shadow of your choice and position on the right side on top of the swag. Duplicate and mirror.

5) Open egg10. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 80% twice. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Free rotate to the left by 30 degrees. Duplicate and mirror.

6) Open eggcross1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 80%. Position in the center. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

7) Activate your frame layer by clicking on it.

8) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. If you are using the same one I am you won't have to resize it or move it. If you are using a different tube adjust it to your liking if you need to. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

9) Open the bunny. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 70% and move it up so that it is under the eggcross. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Position to your liking. Duplicate and mirror. (This step is optional).

10) At this point I deleted the paper layer because I liked it better without. You can leave the paper if you want to.

11) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

12) Merge it visible if you didn't use the paper or merge flat if you did. Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

Winter Days

Before I post this tutorial I have a challenge for you all. Since most taggers only use scrap kits to tag this tutorial is geared more for you. This is to show you that you can do fun things with your photos even though you don’t scrap. So here is my challenge. For ever tagger that completes this tutorial and sends me their results (staceysdesigns@gmail.com) I will give you one scrap kit of your choice that I have done. This offer will expire on Jan 25th 2011 due to the fact that I am having surgery on the 26th. Now here is the tutorial:

Winter Days

This tutorial is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Gemini Creationz. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Winter Day. You can do so at HERE.

You will need 3 photos of your choice. Please make sure these are photos you have permission to use.

Since I know that not all people who use scrap kits are actual scrappers and that a lot of you are taggers I thought I would show you all what could be done with a tagger size kit using your own photos in a fun way. If you are a scrapper this might even teach you something new that you can use scrap kits for :-)

So grab a cup of coffee and get ready to dazzle everyone with your creativity!!

1) Open a new image 7inches by 5inches. Make sure you change the units from pixels to inches.

2) Select all and then open paper 14. Copy and paste it into the selection and select none. You can also close the paper.

3) Open frame 6. Resize it to a width of 1500 pixels. Adjust sharpness sharpen. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move near the bottom of your image.

4) Open the icicles. Copy and paste them as a new layer. Move to the top of your image. Using your pick tool (or raster deform tool in version lower than 10) and drag them to either end of your image.

5) Move your frame up and under the icicles to your liking.

6) Open the winter day word art. Resize to a width of 1200. Adjust sharpness and sharpen. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move to right below your frame to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your liking.

7) Open the snow drifts. Copy and paste as a new layer. Using your pick tool (or raster deform tool) drag the drifts out across your image. Position on the bottom to your liking.

8) Open the snowy trees. Copy and paste them as a new layer. Go to image mirror and position them to the left your frame in the snow drifts. Give them a drop shadow of your choice.

9) Open the snowman. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it to the right of your frame. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

10) Now is the time to move things around to your liking. Add anything else you might want to add. Once you are happy with the placement of everything move on to step 11.

11) Activate your frame layer by clicking on it. Using your magic wand tool select the inisde of all 3 frames. Go to selections and expand the selections by 15.

12) Click on your paper layer and press your delete key. Select none.

13) Merge it all visible and save this so you can use it again if you would like to.

14) Add a new layer. Move it below your image. Using your magic wand tool select the inside of the first frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 15. Activate the new layer you just added. Open one of your pictures and copy and paste it into the selection. Select none.

15) Repeat step 14 for the last two frames.

16) Add a new layer and move it to the top. Add some journaling about the pictures you used.

17) Merge it all flat and save it in jpeg format.

18) Now the best part of all and the part that will dazzle all your friends. Get yourself a piece of 5 * 7 photo paper and print out this image. Put it in a frame and display it for all to see!!

Now wasn't that fun to do? I would love to see what you all come up with for this.

Well I know it has been awhile since I have written a tutorial but I have a new one for you tonight. I hope that you enjoy it and I would love to see your results from it!!

Home For The Holidays

This tutorial is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Honored Scraps. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Christmas Treasures. You can do so at Treasured Scraps.

Tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You can purchase his work at MPT. This tube was part of the 2010 Christmas Gift so if you didn't get that you will have to select another tube to use.

This tutorial is written as a guideline. You do not have to use the same supplies I use unless you want the same end results that I have achieved.

1) Open paper 1. Press shift and d to duplicate it and close the original. We will be working on the duplicate. In your layer palette right click on the background layer and promote background layer.

2) Open frame2. Copy and paste as a new layer. Go to image and free rotate to the left by 30 degrees. Leave where it ends up.

3) Activate your frame layer. Select the inside of all 3 frames with your magic wand tool. Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Add a new raster layer. Move it down below your frame layer. Flood fill this layer with a dark color from your background paper. Select none.

4) Select 2 close up images from your tube. I used the ones that were the closest view. Copy each as a new layer. I put the largest one in the middle frame and then duplicated the other one and put them in the end frames. Once you have them in position activate your frame layer by clicking on it.

5) Select the inside of the bottom frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 2. Go to selections and invert. Activate the tube that is in that frame and press the delete key. Change the blend mode to luminance legacy. Repeat for the remaining two frames.

6) Open the Christmas tree of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it all the way to the top. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

7) Open the Santa of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 60 percent. Position on the tree to your liking. Give him a drop shadow of your choice.

8) Open you full size tube. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position to the right of the tree. Give her a drop shadow of your choice.

9) Open the word art that is in the clip art folder that says Home For The Holidays. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize by 60%. Go to image free rotate to the left by 30 degrees. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

10) Crop off all the excess parts of the tag.

11) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

12) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

This tutorial was written assuming that you have a working knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Katelynn's Designs. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Today's My Birthday. You can do so at Scrapping Your Memories.

You will need a tube of your choice, one with a close up will work best. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work and you may obtain one at MPT along with this tube.

Remember to save often as you never know when the power might go out.

1) Open a new transparent image 600 x 600 72DPI.

2) Open paper 1_4. Go up to copy. On your blank image go to selections select all. Paste into selection. Select none.

3) Open frame 1_3. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking.

4) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of the bigger frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 10 (don't worry, it will go into the smaller frame but that is ok).

5) Open paper 1_6. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to selections invert and delete the excess. Leave selected.

6) Open your close up tube. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position to your liking and tap your delete key. Select none. Change your blend mode to luminance legacy. Move your frame layer to the top.

7) Select the inside of the inside frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 3.

8) Open paper 1_2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to selections invert and then tap your delete key. Leave selected.

9) Mirror your close up tube and then copy and paste it as a new layer. Leave it large and copy and paste it as a new layer. Position the face in the frame to your liking and tap your delete key. Select none. Change the blend mode to luminance legacy. Move your frame layer to the top.

10) Give your frame a drop shadow of your choice.

11) Close the background layer and merge visible.

12) Move your frame down a little lower.

13) Open doodle 1_2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image flip. Resize to a size of your liking. Give it a drop shadow your choice. Duplicate it and mirror it. See the header tag for placement.

14) Open butterfly 1_1. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Position to your liking on the upper right hand corner of your frame. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate it and go to image mirror.
15) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position to your liking.

16) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

17) Resize your tag and save in your desired format.

This tutorial was written using the full size kit. All sizes are given on the elements prior to them being placed on the tag.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Scraps With Attitude. This scrap kit is called Karma. You can purchase this kit at HERE.

You will need a tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Ismael Rac. You must have a liscence to use this tube. You may purchase the tube and lisence at AMI.

1) Open a new transparent image 800 x 800 at 72DPI.

2) Open the notebook and resize it to a size of 600 pixels in the width, the height will adjust itself. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 20 degrees. Leave it centered.

3) Open the karma string. Resize to a size of 400 pixels in the height, the width will adjust itself. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 20 degrees. Position it on the right side of your notebook paper.

4) Open double bow1. Resize it to a size of 250 pixels in the width. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it on top of your karma string. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

5) Open the heart binder clip2. Resize it to a size of 200 pixels in the width. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 20 degrees. Position on the left hand side of your paper at the top. See my header tag for placement ideas. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

6) Open marker1. Resize it to a size of 400 pixels in the width. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 20 degrees. Position to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

7) Open the karma wordart. Resize it to a size of 250 pixels in the width. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 20 degrees. Position it under your marker near the top by your clip. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

8) Open all of the individual Karma letters. Resize them all to a size of 100 pixels. Activate your notebook layer. Copy and paste all your letters as new layers. Place them to your liking on the notebook. Give each of them a drop shadow of your choice.

9) Merge it all visible. Crop off the excess.

10) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

11) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

12) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of BabyVDezign. This scrap kit is called Spring Fling. You can purchase this kit at HERE.

You will need a tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work by Keith Garvey. Do you not use Keith Garvey's work without a license and without purchasing the tube from MPT.

I am using the full size kit, when possible I will give you the sizes in pixels so if you are using the tagger size kit you can still do this tutorial.

1) Open a new transparent image 600 x 600 at 72dpi.

2) Open the bee frame. Resize it to 450 pixels on the width (do not worry about the height, it will adjust itself). Copy and paste it as a new layer. Leave it centered for now.

3) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of the frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 5.

4) Activate the bottom layer (it should be empty). Open paper3. Copy and paste it into the selection. Leave selected.

5) Copy and paste your close up tube as a new layer. Position to your liking inside the frame. Go to selections and invert the selection. Tap your delete key and select none. Change the blend mode to soft light and lower the opacity to around 50. Merge all layers visible.

6) Open umbrella1. Resize it to 250 for the width. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it the left by 30 degrees. Position on the upper left corner of your frame. Using your eraser tool erase the parts of the umbrella stick that is over the picture. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

7) Open the kite. Resize it to 250 pixels in the width. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image mirror. Position it on top of your umbrella to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

8) Open the sun. Resize it to a width of 250 pixels. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it up to the right hand corner of your frame. Once you are happy with the position move it down below the frame.

9) Open the cloud. Resize it to a width of 250 pixels. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it on top of your sun to your liking (see my header tag for example). Once you happy with the placement move it below your frame layer but leave it above the sun.

10) Open bird1. Resize it to a width of 100 pixels. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it on top of your bees to your liking.

11) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position it to your liking on the left side of your frame.

12) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

13) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

Posers of your choice. I am using the awesome Posers created by Moon Gazers Designs. You can purchase these amazing posers HERE. They are called Abby.

I am using the full size kit so all numbers to resize by will be off that kit. If you are using the tagger size kit you can use your best judgment.

1) Open paper12. Press shift and d to duplicate it. Close the original. Right click in the layer palette and promote the background to a layer.

2) Open the purple triple and copy and paste it as a new layer. Leave it large and move it up a little bit.

3) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of the first frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 10.

4) Open pose1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position inside your marching ants to your liking. Go to selections invert and hit the delete key. Select none.

5) Select the middle frame, expand by 10.

6) Copy and paste pose2 as a new layer. Position to your liking. Selections invert, delete. Select none.

7) Select the third frame. Expand by 10.

8) Copy and paste pose5 as a new layer. Invert delete. Select none.

9) Activate your frame layer in the layer palette, right click on it and arrange, bring to top.

10) Select inside all 3 frames. Expand by 10. Selections invert.

11) Activate your paper layer. Delete. Select none.

12) Add a drop shadow of your choice to all three posers and the frame.

13) Merge it all visible.

14) Copy and paste pose4 as a new layer. Position to your liking on the right side of your tag.

15) Crop off the excess background.

16) Copy and paste the love string as a new layer. Resize it if you would like to. Position to your liking on the frame.

17) Open purple bow. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Position it on the upper left hand corner of your frame.

18) Merge it all visible. Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

19) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Sharon Becker. This scrap kit is called Be My Valentine. You can purchase this kit HERE.

You will need a tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work by Keith Garvey. Do you not use Keith Garvey's work without a license and without purchasing the tube from MPT.

I am using the full size kit so all numbers to resize by will be off that kit. If you are using the tagger size kit you can use your best judgment. When possible I will give you the sizes in pixels instead of percents.

1) Open heart1. Press shift and d to duplicate the image. Close the original. Go to image resize and resize it to 400 pixels on the width (the height will automatically adjust).

2) Go to image, canvas size and enter in 600 for both width and height. Click on the center arrow at the bottom and click ok.

3) Duplicate the heart layer then click on the bottom heart.

4) Go to effects, texture effects, mosaic antique. Use the default settings and click ok. Activate the top layer again.

5) Open metal frame1. Resize it to a width of 300 pixels. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 20 degrees. Position to your liking inside your heart. See my header tag for placement ideas.

6) Open long string heart1. Resize it to 300 pixels for the height. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position on the left side of your heart and move it below the frame. See my header for placement ideas.

7) Open long string heart2. Resize it a size of 250 for the height. Using your eraser tool erase the hanger and the bottom heart. Copy and paste it as a new layer and position on top of the first set of hearts to your liking.

8) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Resize if needed and position to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

9) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

10) Merge it visible. Crop off the excess. Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

I am using the full size kit so all numbers to resize by will be off that kit. If you are using the tagger size kit you can use your best judgment. When possible I will give you the sizes in pixels instead of percents.

1) Open a new image 800 x 600 pixels, 72 DPI.

2) Open paper3. Copy and paste it as a new layer.

3) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Do not resize it and leave it centered. We are going to work around the tube. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

4) Click on your background layer to activate it.

5) Open the easel canvas 3. Resize it to a width of 400 pixels. Go to adjust sharpness, unsharp mask and use the default settings. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 15 degrees. Position to the left of your tube leaving your tube on the right hand side of the easel. See my header tag for placement idea.

6) Open word art1. Resize it to a width of 350 pixels. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 15 degrees and position it on your easel to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

7) Open string beads 2. Resize it to a width of 400. Copy and paste them as a new layer. Go to image free rotate it to the left by 15 degrees. Position it on the top of the easel. Give them a drop shadow of your choice.

8) Open sparkle 6. Resize it to a height of 600. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Leave it centered and large. Give it a slight drop shadow of your choice.

9) Merge visible. Crop off all the excess.

10) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

11) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of BabyVDezign. This scrap kit is called Kiss Me I'm Irish. You can purchase this kit at HERE.

You will need 4 tubes of your choice. I am using the amazing art work by Keith Garvey. Do you not use Keith Garvey's work without a license and without purchasing the tube from MPT.

1) Open a new transparent image 600 x 600 72 DPI.

2) Open frames2. Copy and paste them as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Try to leave them kind of large and in the center of your image.

3) Open paper1. Resize it to 600 x 600. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it below your frame layer.

4) Activate your frame layer. Select inside each frame with your magic wand tool. Go to selections modify and expand by 2.

5) Activate your frame layer and press your delete key. Select none.

6) Open your first tube. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it over the frame until you are happy with the placement. Move it below your frame layer. Activate your frame layer, select the inside of your frame with your magic wand tool and to go selections modify and expand by 2. Activate your tube layer and press your delete key. Select none and repeat for the other 2 frames using 2 of your other tubes.

7) Give each of your tubes and your frame a drop shadow of your choice. Merge visible.

8) Copy and paste your last tube as a new layer. Position your tube and frames to your liking.

9) Open glitter2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Move it below your frame layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it 45 degrees to the right. Go to image duplicate and then go to image and mirror it. Position them to your liking.

10) Open ribbon1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize till you are happy with the size. Position it on top of your frames but below your tube. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

11) Open tag1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Position it under your tube layer but above everything else.

12) Using a font and colors of your choice type "Everyone is Irish on St Patrick's Day....but Irish girls have more fun" or some other text of your choice. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Right click in the layer palette and merge it down so that it is on the same layer as your tag.

13) Go to image free rotate and rotate it by 10 degrees to the left.

14) Open button3. Colorize (this was done with permission from BabyV) the button to a color of your choice from the tag. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it really small and position on the upper right hand corner of your tag so that it is on the ribbon and the tag. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

15) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

16) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

3) Open the rainbow. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking but leave it large enough to go off the image on either side. See my header tag for example.

4) Open 4leafclover2, copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking but leave it large like in my header tag.

5) Open the other 2 four leaf clovers copy and paste them as new layers. Resize each one smaller so that they are stacked on top of each other. Give all 3 clovers a drop shadow of your choice.

6) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Leave her centered. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

7) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you want to add.

8) Resize to a size of your liking and save in your desired format.

1) Open paper2. Press shift + d to duplicate the paper and close the original.

2) Open box1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 20 degrees. Leave it where it is.

3) Open notepad2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 20 degrees. Position to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

4) Open pencil3. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 45 degrees. Position it on your notepad to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

5) Open the laptop. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 80% and position on your box slightly to the right. See my header tag for placement.

6) Select the inside of the laptop screen. Go to selections modify and expand by 10. Add a new raster layer and move it below your laptop. Flood fill with a color of your choice.

7) Activate your laptop layer and right click on it and go to merge and merge layer down. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

8) Open phone1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50%. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 20 degrees. Position on your laptop to your liking.

9) Select the inside of the phone screen and go to selections modify and expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and move it below the phone. Flood fill it with a color of your choice.

10) Activate the phone layer and the right click on it and go to merge, merge layer down. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

11) Open spiralheart1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it up and over to the right of the box. Position so just the heart is visible. Move it all the way down under your box. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

12) Duplicate your heart and go to image mirror. Move it up above the box layer. Position to your liking on top of the other one.

13) Crop off all excess. Resize to a size of 600 on the width.

14) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

14) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

15) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

You will only need this kit to make this tag. The poser I used is included in the kit.

1) Open element40. Press shift and d to duplicate and close the original. We will be working on the duplicated one.

2) Open element7. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Leave it kind of big and position near the top and center it.

3) Open the drums. Copy and paste them as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking and position in front of your stage but off to the left.

4) Open 2 of the guitars. Copy and paste them as new layers. Resize them to a size of your liking. Make sure one is smaller than the other. Position then to the right of the stage.

5) Open the mic of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize if you want to and position it on above the stage but below the drums and off to the left a bit.

6) Open the speaker of your choice. Resize to a size of your liking and position in one of the upper corners on the side of the stage. Duplicate it and go to image mirror.

7) Open the poser of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize if you would like to and position to your liking.

8) Merge it all visible. Add scrap kit credits and any other text you would like.

9) Resize it to your desired size and save in your desired format.

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Majik Of Mystee. This scrap kit is called Satin N Lace. You can purchase this kit at HERE.

You will need a tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work by Keith Garvey. Do you not use Jamie Kidd's work without a license and without purchasing the tube from MPT.

1) Open a new transparent image 800 x 800 72DPI.

2) Open the frame and copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 80% and leave it centered.

3) Select the inside of all the frames using your magic wand tool. Go to selections modify and expand by 5.

4) Open paper6. Resize it to 900 pixels on the width (don't worry the height will adjust itself. Copy and paste it as a new layer.

5) Go to selections invert and then tap your delete key. Select none. Move it below your frame layer.

6) Open flower1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 90 degrees. Position to your liking under your frame at the top

7) Go to image and mirror it. Position to your liking so that they are overlapping each other. Give them both a drop shadow of your choice.

8) Use your eraser tool and erase any parts of the beads that show under the bottom of your frame.

9) Open flower5. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Position it on your frame in the upper right hand corner. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate it and go to image mirror. Make sure it is positioned to your liking.

10) Open the heart. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by about 80%. Position it under your flower on the top right hand side of your frame. See my header tag for placement. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate your heart. Go to image mirror.

11) Merge all your layers visible. Activate your crop tool and crop your image by clicking on the layer opaque option.

12) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add. Merge it visible.

13) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

1) Open a new transparent image 800 x 800 72DPI.

2) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. We are going to work around it. Activate your bottom layer so that everything we do goes below your tube.

3) Open doubleframe1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking and position it to your liking.

4) Select the inside of both hearts with your magic wand tool. Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and move it below your hearts. Flood fill with a color of your choice.

5) Open flower3. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Position it under the lower heart.

6) Duplicate it and position next to the first one to your liking.

7) Open flower1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it to the same size you did flower 3. Move it below the other 2 flowers but make sure it shows above them.

8) Open all 3 of the heart balloons. Copy and paste them as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking and position them under the 2 flowers you position first but above your single flower. See my header tag for examples of placement.

9) Open diamond1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 20 degrees. Position it inside your top heart.

10) Crop off all the excess and merge visible.

11) Add all copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

12) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

1) Open a new transparent image 600 x 600 72DPI.

2) Open frame01. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Select the inside of it with your magic wand tool. Go to selections modify and expand by 3.

3) Add a new raster layer and move it down below your frame. Open papers03. Copy and paste it into the selection. Leave selected.

4) Open the close up of your tube. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it in the frame to your liking. Go to selections invert and hit your delete key. Select none. Give your tube a drop shadow of your choice. Lower the opacity to around 63. Merge all layers visible.

5) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position it to your liking.

6) Open petal flower03. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50%. Move it to the lower right hand corner of your frame. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

7) Open button flower01. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 60%. Position to your liking on the left side of your flower. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

8) Open rose chain01. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 70%. Go to image flip and move it to the top of your frame and below your tube layer. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

9) Open ladybug03. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 40%. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 15 degrees. Position it on your flowers to your liking and give it a drop shadow of your choice.

10) Merge visible. Crop off the excess. Add all proper copyrights and any other text you want to add.

At this time I am going to be closing down that site and moving all my tutorials over here. That is going to take me some time to do as I have to make sure that links are still valid and if they aren’t update them. Be sure to be watching for them as I post them here. I have also decided I am going to start trying to write some element tutorials for you all but we will have to see where that goes and how it works out :-). How Do I Love Thee?

A tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work. You can purchase this tube at MPT.

This is going to be a fast and simple but beautiful tag to make.

1) Open a new image 800 x 800.

2) Open frame2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Position it in the upper left hand corner.

3) Duplicate your frame and move it over to the right.

4) Select the inside of both frames. Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and move it below your frames. Flood fill with a red color of your choice. Select none.

5) Open the how do I love thee poem. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Move it up to just below your frames and center it. See my header tag for placement.

6) Open the stained glass rose. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking and position it in the lower left hand corner of your poem. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

7) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Move it below your rose layer.

8) Open the bon heart. Copy and bon heart as a new layer. Resize it to a size of your liking and position it in your heart. Activate your left heart frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Go to selections invert and then tap your delete key. Select none.

9) Open the bon U. Copy and bon U as a new layer. Resize it to a size of your liking and position it in your heart. Activate your right heart frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Go to selections invert and then tap your delete key. Select none.

10) Add drop shadows to both of your heart frames.

11) Add all proper copyrights and any other text that you would like to add.

12) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

Christmas 2009 Qucikpage

Christmas Time 2009 Quick Page

This tutorial was written assuming that you have a working knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Crazed Creations. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Christmas Critters. You can do so at Katelynn's Designs.

You will need pictures of your choice. I am using pictures that I took myself. Please do not use my images. Photos are ©Staceys Designs. This layout is being made in full size which is 12in x 12in. When we are finished you will be able to print this out and put in a scrap book. We will be working with multiple layers and will not add our photo until the very end. Remember to save often as you never know when the power might go out.

1) Open a new image 3600 x 3600 300 DPI.

2) Open paper9. Copy and paste it as a new layer.

3) Open ribbon2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it all the way to the bottom. Duplicate it and move it right above the original.

4) On your top ribbon layer right click and merge down. Give your ribbon a drop shadow of your choice.

5) Duplicate your double ribbon and move it up near the top. Leave enough room at the top for some decorations and journaling. Duplicate that ribbon and position it so that it looks like a really wide ribbon. See my header example.

6) Open frame6. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position similar to this:

7) Position your top ribbons similar to mine.

8) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of your frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 40. Activate your top ribbons and tap your delete key. Activate your paper layer and tap your delete key. Select none. Activate your frame layer again so we are back on the top.

9) Open tree2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it the right of your frame. Move layers around if you need to so you are happy with the way it looks. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

10) Open present3. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position in the middle of your tree at the bottom. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

11) Open present2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50%. Position to your liking on your first present. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

12) Open present5. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50%. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Position on the other side of your present.

13) Open present6. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50% and position it in the center of the two round presents. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

14) Open star2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it in the upper left hand corner of your frame. The bottom left foot should be on the frame. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

15) Add your scrap kit credits and save it as a png file.

16) Add all graphics or photos and any text you would like to add. Add copyrights if needed. Save a jpeg.

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of This N That. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Chilly Friends. You can do so at Katelynn's Designs.

We will be making a quick page in this tutorial so you will need your own photos or graphics and also the full size kit. When we are finished with this tutorial you will have a beautiful quick page that you can use again and again and also a layout that you can print out to put into your scrap book or to give to someone special.

Let's get started. Remember to save often in case the power goes out.

1) Open a transparent image 3600 x 3600 with 300DPI.

2) Open paper7. Copy and paste it as a new layer.

3) Open frame2. Copy and paste it as a new layer and move it all the way up and to the left. See my header example for placement.

4) Open ribbon4, copy and paste it as a new layer. Duplicate it. Move one ribbon right below your frame and move the other to the right of your frame:

5) Open ribbon1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it below your top right side ribbon:

6) Open snowman, copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 80% and position it to the right of your frame.

7) Using your text tool select 2 colors of your choice and add the words Winter Fun anyway you would like.

8) Activate your frame layer. Using your magic wand tool select the inside of your frame and then go to selections modify and expand by 40. On your paper layer (the very bottom layer) tap your delete key. Select none.

9) Add the scrap kit credits and merge visible. Save as a png file.

10) Add your picture to your frame and something about the picture to the bottom of your image (under the frame and bottom ribbon) and save as a jpeg.

Pink Passion Layout

Pink Passion Layout

This tutorial was written assuming that you have a working knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Crazed Creations. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Pink Passion. You can do so at Katelynn's Designs.

1) Open a new transparent image 3600 x 3600 at 300DPI.

2) Open paper14. Copy and paste it as a new layer.

3) Open frame5. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50% then again by 75%. Move it to the bottom of your image. See my header for placement idea. Duplicate it twice and position them so they are lined up across the bottom.

4) Let's make a couple of paper borders, you can minimize your main image for now, Open a new transparent image 3600 x 300.

5) Open paper5. Set this in your foreground as a pattern Angel 0 and scale 46. Flood fill your new image. Close your paper.

6) Open a new transparent image 3600 x 400.

7) Open paper4. Set this one in your foreground with the same settings. Flood fill your image and close the paper.

8) Now bring you main image back up. Copy and paste the two new borders you just made as new layers. Position them above your frames to your liking. Give them both a drop shadow of your choice.

9) Merge your two paper strips together. Activate your pick tool (raster deform tool) and move the sides out to be sure that they go all the way to the end of your paper.

10) Close off all your frame layers and then merge visible. Move the merged layer below your frames. Open the frames back up.

11) Open border1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position on top of your paper strips. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

12) Open butterfly1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50%. Position it between 2 of your frames. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate it and position it between your other two frames. See header for placement.

13) Activate your top frame layer. Right click and go to merge down. Do this until all 3 frames are on one layer.

14) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of each frame layer. Go to selections modify and expand by 40.

15) Activate your bottom layer and tap your delete key. Select none. Merge visible.

16) Add all proper scrap kit credits and save as a png file.

17) Add your photos and save as a jpeg.

This tutorial was written assuming that you have a working knowledge of psp. This tutorial is not for a beginner although beginners are welcome to try it. Your results from this tutorial are yours to do with as you please as long as it is not for monetary gain.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Crystals Cottage Scraps. This scrap kit is called Treasured Moments. You can purchase this kit at Katelynns Designs.

For this we are going to make a brag book page so you will need your own photos for this tut.

1) Open a new image 7 inches by 5 inches.

2) Go to selections select all. Open paper6. Copy and paste it into the selection.

3) Open frame4. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 150%. Move it to the left hand side.

4) Open the note. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 200%. Position to the right of your frame to your liking. Move it below your frame layer.

5) Open cameobox3. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it on the note in the lower right hand corner.

6) Open the brush2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 150%. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 15 degrees. Move it up to the top right of your note. Move it below your note.

7) Open the mirror2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 150%. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 15 degrees. Move it up next to and under your brush. Position them to your liking.

8) Activate your frame layer. Select the inside with your magic wand tool. Go to selections modify and expand by 40.

9) Activate your bottom layer and tap your delete key. Select none.

10) Merge it all visible. Add the scrap kit credits and save as a png file.

11) Add a photo of your choice and save a jpeg.

Merry Christmas Layout

Christmas Layout

This tutorial was written assuming that you have a working knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Katelynns Designs. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Blue Christmas. You can do so at Katelynn's Designs.

This layout is going to have 2 different parts to it. The first part we are going to make a border paper from papers in the kit.

1) Open a new image 3600 x 2000 at 300 DPI.

2) Open paper22. Go to image resize and use the following settings:

3) Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move all the way to the top. Duplicate this layer and go to image flip.

4) Open paper28. Resize it using the same settings as above.

5) Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position something like this:

6) Duplicate this layer and go to image flip.

7) Go to image resize and leave the width at 3600 but change the height to 1000.

8) Open paper6. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it the same as above but change the height to 600. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Make sure it is centered in your image.

9) Merge it all visible.

10) Use your pick tool and pull out the sides as far as you can. This will ensure that you papers cover the whole area.

11) Merge it all flat.

Now let's make the quick page and layout.

12) Open a new transparent image 3600 x 3600 at 300 DPI.

13) Using your selection tool draw out a selection something like this:

14) Pick a dark blue from one of the papers already on your image. Add a new raster layer and flood fill it with the dark blue. Leave selected.

15) Go to selections modify and expand by 20. Add a new raster layer and move it below your dark blue layer. Flood fill it with the medium shade of blue. Select none.

16) Open the ChristmasTree1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50% making sure all layers is unchecked and lock aspect ratio is checked. Position it on the papers we just made. Move up in the layer palette so the tree is on top.

17) Open Santa2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50%. Position to your liking on the tree.

18) Open the sleigh, copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image mirror and position it in the upper left hand corner.

19) Open snowman2 and snowman3. Copy and paste them as new layers. Resize each one by 50% then again by 60%. Position them to your liking in the upper right hand corner.

20) Open frame1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it on your image something like mine and move it below your Santa and tree.

21) Open 3 of the sequins of your choice. Copy and paste them as new layers. Position them to the left of your frame.

22) Now activate your frame layer. Select inside it with your magic wand tool. Go to selections modify and expand by 40. Click on your very bottom layer and tap your delete key. Select none.

23) Merge visible. Add your scrap kit credits and save as a png file.

24) Add your photo and journaling. Save as a jpeg and you are all finished.

Black and White Layout

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Sizzel Designs. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Into The Night. You can do so at Katelynn's Designs.

You will need your own photo for this tutorial. The photo I am using is ©Staceys Designs. Do not use this image in your work without written permission from me.

We are going to start by making the quick page and finish with the layout completed.

1) Open a new transparent image 3600 x 3600 at 300 DPI.

2) Open paper3. Copy and paste it as a new layer.

3) Using your selection tool draw out a selection similar to this on the right side:

4) Add a new raster layer. Copy and paste paper 1 as a new layer. Select none.

5) Using your selection tool draw out another selection on top of the white section you just made like this:

6) Set your foreground to black and your background to white. Set the foreground to gradient using the colors from your foreground and background. Set the angle to 45 and repeats to 28.

7) Add a new layer and flood fill it with your gradient. Select none.

8) Activate your pen tool and set your foreground to black. Set the width to 50 and use point to point. Draw a line to the left of your black and white strip like this:

9) Duplicate that layer and move it over to the other side. You should have something like this now:

10) Close off the black bottom layer and merge visible. Open the bottom layer back up.

11) Using your pick tool (raster deform tool) Activate your merged layer and drag it out to be sure that it goes all the way to the top and bottom.

12) Open paper35. Go to image resize and use the following settings:

13) Copy and paste the paper as a new layer. Position like this:

14) Open frame3. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 60% making sure to uncheck all layers. Position it in the lower right hand corner of your white bubble paper like this:

15) To the left of your frame use your selection tool and draw out a selection like this:

16) Add a new raster layer. Open paper11. Copy and paste it into the selection. Leave selected.

17) Go to selections modify and contract by 125. Add a new raster layer and flood fill it white. Select none. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 10 degrees.

18) In the top space of your white bubble paper use your selection tool and draw out a selection like this:

19) Activate your white bubble paper and tap your delete key.

20) Activate your bottom black paper and tap your delete key. Select none.

21) Activate your frame layer. Using your magic wand select inside the frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 20. Activate your white bubble paper and tap your delete key, do the same on your bottom black paper. Select none.

22) Ok at this point I decided I didn't like the white bubble paper so I deleted it. Then on my black paper with the starts on it I added a white drop shadow. I also added the same drop shadow to my frame.

23) Open spring flowers. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position like this:

24) Merge all the layers visible.

25) Add scrap kit copyrights and save as a png file for future use.

26) Now add your pics and text about your pics and save as a jpeg.

You will need 3 of your own photos for this tutorial. The photos I am using are ©Staceys Designs. Do not use these images in your work without written permission from me.

We are going to start by making the quick page and finish with the layout completed.

1) Open a new transparent image 3600 x 3600 at 300 DPI.

2) Open paper the paper ltpink_texturedstick, copy and paste it as a new layer.

3) Using your selection tool set on rectangle draw out a rectangle on the left hand side like this:

4) Add a new raster layer. Open paper dkpurple_waterwash. Copy and paste it into the selection. Select none.

5) Duplicate this layer and go to image mirror. Position them both to your liking and give them both a drop shadow. On the top image right click and merge down.

6) Use your pick tool (raster deform tool) and move the nodes at the top to stretch them out and to be sure they go the full length of your paper.

7) Using your selection tool again set on rectangle draw out a rectangle in the lower right hand side of your image similar to this:

8) Add a new layer. Open paper dkgreen_spatter. Copy and paste it into the selection. Leave selected.

9) Go to selections modify and contract by 100. Add a new raster layer. Open paper ltpurple_cardboard and copy and paste it into the selection. Select none.

10) Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 10 degrees. Position to your liking.

11) Open the purple frame. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 80%. Move it down to the left like this:

12) Duplicate your frame. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 90 degrees and move it up and above your two papers:

13) Open the pink frame. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it slightly and position it on the left above the purple frame:

14) Using your magic wand select inside all your frames. Go to selections modify and expand by 20. Activate your bottom paper layer and press your delete key. Select none.

15) Open one of the tulip paper clips and position it on your double papers. See my header for placement ideas.

16) Open one of the butterflies. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it on the left side paper strip near the top. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate it and move it to the right side paper strip and to the bottom.

17) Merge it all visible. Add scrap kit credits and save as a png for future use.

18) Add a new layer and move it down. Select the inside one frame. Modify and expand by 20 again. Copy and paste your picture into the selection. Repeat for the other 2 photos. Add all your journaling you would like to add. Save as a jpeg.

8) Open bow2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Give it a drop shadow of your choice and position it on top of your tag:

9) Open the staple. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 80%. Duplicate it. Place them like this on your frame:

10) On the top staple layer right click and go to merge down. Duplicate the staples. Go to image free rotate and rotate them to the left by 90 degrees. Position them in the lower left hand corner of your frame like this:

11) Merge visible. Add your kit credits and save as a png file so you can use it again.

12) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of your frame again. Go to selections modify and expand by 20.

13) Add a new raster layer and move it below your quick page.

14) Open your picture, copy and paste it into the selection. Select none.

15) Add some journaling about your picture.

16) Add photo copyrights and save as a jpeg.

Christmas Layout

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of BabyVDezign. This scrap kit is called Happy Christmas. You can purchase this kit at HERE.

You will need a photo of your choice. The photo I am using is copyrighted to me. Please do not use this image without my written permission.

Plug ins needed:

You will also need alien skin xenofex2 (optional)

Simple: Top left mirror

In this tutorial I will be showing you how to make a different type of quick page and layout. We will start out making the quick page and finish with the layout.

1) Open a new transparent image 3600 x 3600 300 DPI.

2) Open paper9. Copy and paste it as a new layer.

3) Add a new raster layer. Go to selections select all, then go to selections modify and contract by 150, flood fill the selection with a color of your choice from the kit. Select none.

4) Open paper 2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 20%. Move it to the upper left hand corner like this:

5) Go to Alien Skin Xenofex2 and apply the crumple filter with the following settings:

6) Apply the following drop shadow:

7) Repeat the drop shadow using the following settings:

8) Go to effects, plug ins, simple top left mirror and apply it. Your crumpled paper is now in all 4 corners of your blue paper.

9) Add a new raster layer and flood fill it with a color from the first paper that you used.

10) Go to image resize and resize it by 15%. Position on top of the upper left hand corner crumpled paper:

11) Apply the same 2 drop shadows as above.

12) In the middle of the image using your selection tool set on rectangle draw out a selection similar to this:

13) Add a new raster layer. Open paper2. Copy and paste it into the selection. Leave selected.

14) Go to selections modify and contract by 50. Add a new layer. Open paper9. Copy and paste it into the selection. Leave selected.

15) Go to selections modify and contract again by 50. Add a new raster layer and flood fill it the same color as your big solid background (in mine it is blue). Leave selected.

16) Go to selections modify and contract again by 50. Add a new raster layer and flood fill it white. Select none.

17) Open 4 stickers of your choice. Copy and paste them as new layers and place them in the corners on your solid paper. See the header example for placement ideas.

18) Open the 3 presents and position them to your liking at the bottom of your image.

19) Add some general text to the top like I did.

20) Now find the white layer that is in the center of your image and select it with you magic wand tool.

21) Press delete on every paper layer until you see the transparent background in the middle.

22) Add the proper copyrights for the kit you used.

23) Merge it all visible and save it as a png file. You have completed the quick page.

24) To make the layout just add a picture of your choice. Add the copyrights and any other text you may want to add.

25) Save it as a jpeg and it is now ready to be printed.

I Love Winter Quick Page/Layout

You will need your own photos for this tutorial. The photos I am using are ©Staceys Designs. Do not use these images in your work without written permission from me.

We are going to start by making the quick page and finish with the layout completed.

1) Open a new transparent image 3600 x 3600 at 300 DPI.

2) Open paper 3. Copy and paste it as a new layer.

3) Open paper 6. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it all the way down till you have something like this:

4) Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

5) Duplicate that layer and then go to image flip. You now have a dark blue strip at the top and bottom. Merge these layers visible. (This way you don't have to worry about moving the strips once you are happy with them)

6) Now let's open all of the following elements: snowman, snowflakes 2, and 6, sled, scarf3, sled, skate, mitten2, boot, and hat2.

7) Minimize all of them but the snowman. Copy and paste the snowman as a new layer. Resize it by 50%, give it a drop shadow of your choice, and position it on the bottom blue strip in the middle:

8) With the remaining elements you opened position them across the bottom to your liking. Remember to give them all drop shadows. Mine looked something like this:

9) Open word art7. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50%. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate it 2 times so you have a total of 3 layers. Position them on the top blue strip similar to this:

10) Open frame 5. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it either right or left 90 degrees. Move it over to the left and leave it in the center of the two blue strips:

11) Open paper1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 30%. Move it over to the right of your frame. Use your pick tool (or raster deform tool) and pull it out so it is as big as your frame:

12) Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Repeat the drop shadow changing your horizontal and vertical to negative numbers.

13) Activate your frame layer again by clicking on it in the layer palette.

14) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of the frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 35.

15) Activate your bottom layer and then press your delete key. Select none.

16) Merge it all visible.

17) Add proper copyrights for the scrap kit and merge visible again.

18) Save this as a png file for future use. This is your quick page.

19) Using your magic wand tool select inside the frame again. Go to selections modify and expand by 35.

20) Add a new raster layer and move it down below your image.

21) Copy and paste your photo into the selection. Select none.

22) On the blue paper next to the frame add some text about your photo.

23) Add proper copyrights for your photo.

24) Save it as a jpeg.

You have just made the layout.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of BabyVDezign. This scrap kit is called Winter Love. You can purchase this kit at HERE.

A tube of your choice. I am using the amazing work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use this tube. You may purchase this tube and a license at MPT.

I am using the full size kit so I will not tell you how to resize the items used in case you are using the tagger size kit.

1) Open a new transparent image 800 x 600. Go to selections select all.

2) Open paper 5. Copy and paste it into the selection. Select none and close your paper.

3) Open the star curtain and copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Move them to the top. Be sure they go all the all across your image. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

4) Open the icicles and copy and paste them as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Make sure they go all the across the top of your image. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

5) Open tree1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Position it on the right hand side of your image. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

6) At this point I am adding my tube. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize if you need to. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Position it on the left hand side of your image.

7) Open the snow word art. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Position on your tree.

8) Open animal1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it to your desired size. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Position it to the right of your tree and move it below your word art.

9) At this point I didn't like how everything was so spaced out so I moved my tube in so that it was slightly under my word art. (See header tag).

10) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

11) Resize to your desired size and size in your desired format.

Traditional Christmas

Traditional Christmas

This tutorial will show you step by step how to make a full size Quick Page. Full size is 12 x 12 inches or 3600 x 3600 pixels in size. This is also created in 300 DPI for printing reasons. You are welcome to use different elements and papers than I use or you can use the exact ones that I used. I would love to see anything that you create from my tut. What you do with this tut is up to you as long as you do not use it for monetary gain.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Lady Raven Creations Scraps. This scrap kit is called Traditional Xmas. You can purchase this kit at Dazzling Designs Scraps or check out her blog HERE.

A tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work. The tube I am using was part of the 2009 MPT Customer Appreciation Christmas gift, you are welcome to use another one tube but please use one that has a close up image as well to obtain a license go to MPT.

I used FM tile tools blend emboss.....this step will be optional.

1) Open a new transparent image 900 x 900.

2) Open frame5, copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 80% and leave it centered.

3) Select the inside of the frame with your magic wand tool. Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and move it below your frame.

4) Pick a green color from your ribbon. Flood fill your new layer. Select none.

5) Open your close up tube. Copy and paste it as a new layer. If you are using the same tube I am you won't have to resize it. If you are using a different tube then you may have to resize it so that it fits in the frame.

6) On your tube layer change the blend mode to luminance legacy and the opacity to about 34. Apply FM Tile Tools blend emboss at the default settings (this is optional).

7) Merge visible.

8) Open doodle2, copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it up and position to your liking then move the layer below your frame. Duplicate your doodle and go to image mirror. Position them both to your liking. Give both a drop shadow of your choice.

9) Open wordart1, copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to left by 30 degrees. Position it on the lower right side of your frame on the ribbon. See the header tag for placement.

10) Open ornament3, copy and paste as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Duplicate it 3 times. Position the bulbs on your doodle to your liking.

11) Duplicate your doodles and move them above your bulbs. Using your eraser tool erase all parts of the doodle that are inside your frame.

12) Zoom in close so you can see the top of your ornaments better. Using your eraser tool erase parts of the doodle that are over parts of your bulb so that your bulbs look like they are hanging off the doodle. Give the bulbs a drop shadow of your choice.

13) Open bow3. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate it 3 times. Position one on each of your bulbs.

14) Merge it all visible.

15) Resize your image to 800 pixels.

16) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. If you are using the same tube I did go to image mirror and position it on the left side of your frame over the flower. See my header tag for placement. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

17) Add all proper copyrights and any other text that you would like to add.

18) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of HezaScraps. This page is being made using her Blog train freebie which you can get HERE. (this may not be available till Dec. 1st)

You will need 2 pictures of your own. The pictures I am using are ones I took myself and they are ©Staceys Designs.

1) Open a new transparent image 6 inches in width by 4 inches in height 300 DPI.

2) Go to selections select all. Open paper 8. Copy and paste it into the selection. Select none.

3) Open the frame. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it to the right hand side:

4) Duplicate your frame layer.

5) Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 10 degrees. Free rotate your original frame to the left by 10 degrees. Position them like this:

6) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of both frames. Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Activate your bottom layer and then press your delete key. Select none. Merge visible.

7) Open ellie4, copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it to the upper left hand corner. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate it and then go to image flip.

8) Open the snowman. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it to the lower right hand corner. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

9) Merge it all visible and add proper copyrights. Save it as a .png file. This is so that you can use it again if you would like to.

10) Now let's add our pictures. Select the inside of one of your frames. Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Copy and paste one of your pictures as a new layer. Go to selections invert and tap your delete key. Select none. Move your picture below your image.

11) Repeat step 10 for the other page.

12) Now add a description about your pictures in the empty space to the left of your frames. You finished image should look something like mine.

This tutorial was written assuming that you have a working knowledge of psp. This tutorial is not for a beginner although beginners are welcome to try it.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Wench Designs. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Shiny Happy Christmas. You can do so at Treasured Scraps.

You will 2 tubes of your choice, I am using 1 Christmas tube and 1 regular tube. I am using the amazing art work of Elias Chatzoudis. You must have a license to use his work. You may purchase these tubes and get your license from MPT.

This will be a beautiful but simple tag to make.

1) Open paper 4. Press your shift key and d key to duplicate the original. Close the original we will be working on the copy.

2) Open frame 3. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 80%. Leave it centered.

3) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of your star frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and move it below your frame layer.

4) Pick a color from the snowflakes on your frame and flood fill your new layer.

5) Copy and paste your close up tube as a new layer. Position it to your liking on your frame.

6) Duplicate your frame layer and move it so that your tube layer is in the middle of the two frames.

7) On your top frame layer using your eraser tool eraser all parts of the frame that are covering the head and arm of your tube.

8) On the tube layer erase anything that is outside the frame on the bottom.

9) Duplicate your tube layer. Activate the bottom layer and go adjust, blur, Gaussian blur and set it to 20.

10) Close off the background layer and merge the remaining layers visible.

11) Open DoodleTreeLights, copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 60%. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

12) Open the presents. Resize them to a size of your liking. Go to image mirror and then position them on your tree to your liking. Give them a drop shadow of your choice.

13) Open Christmasbauble1, copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it to a size of your liking. Position it on your presents. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate it and move it over to the right.

14) Open Christmasbauble3, copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Position it in between your first bauble.

15) Open the snow lady. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Give it a drop shadow of your choice and position it to the left of your frame.

16) If you want to put this on a transparent background like I did delete the background layer now, you can leave it if you would like to.

17) Crop off the excess.

18) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

19) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

Sexy Christmas

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Wench Designs. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Have a sexy little Christmas. You can do so at Treasured Scraps.

You will 2 tubes of your choice, I am using 1 Christmas tube and 1 regular tube. I am using the amazing art work of Elias Chazoudis. You must have a license to use his work. You may purchase these tubes and get your license from MPT.

1) Open a new transparent image 800 x 600 72DPI.

2) Open frame 2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50%. Move it up slightly.

3) Open frame 1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50% twice. Go to image free rotate and rotate it by 90 degrees, either direction. Move it up and to the left side of the middle frame. Duplicate your frame and go to image mirror.

4) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of your upper left hand side. Selections modify and expand by 10. Open paper 16. Copy and paste it as a new layer, move it below your frame. Move it around until you like what you see inside the marching ants. Go to selections invert and then tap your delete key. Leave selected.

5) Open your Christmas tube, mirror it if you need to so that the face when in your tag will face the middle frame. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position to your liking inside the marching ants. Once you are happy with the placement press your delete key and then select none.

6) Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the frame on the right hand side.

7) Add a drop shadow to both of your tubes and both of your frames. Now let's clean up these layers a little bit in case we need to move anything.

8) Close off all layers except for your left frame, paper, and tube. Merge visible. Close this layer and repeat for the right side frame, paper, and tube. Open all layers back up.

9) Activate your center frame. Using your magic wand tool select the inside of your frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 10. Open paper 13. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it below your frame. Position it to your liking inside your frame. Go to selections invert and hit your delete key. Select none. Give the frame a drop shadow of your choice.

10) Open tree 1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it in the middle of your green frame.

11) Duplicate your frame and move it above your frame layer. Activate your eraser tool and erase the top of the duplicate frame. This will make your tree look like it is coming out of your tree. Give your tree a drop shadow of your choice.

12) Open flowers and ribbons1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it on your green frame in the upper left hand corner.

13) Activate your eraser tool and erase the parts of the ribbon that are above the flower. Once you are done with that give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate the flower ribbon and go to image mirror. Position on the right hand side of your frame if needed.

14) Open the mistletoe and copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 70%. Position it under the upper left side frame. Position it so that the bottom part of the mistletoe is under the frame and centered. Use your eraser tool to erase anything that is hanging over the sides and top of your frame. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Go to duplicate and then go to image mirror.

15) Copy and paste your other tube as a new layer. Resize if needed. Position on the bottom of your tag to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

16) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

17) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of HezaScraps. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Holly Jolly. You can do so at Treasured Scraps. You will also need the freebie add on to this kit which can be found on her blog HERE.

You will 3 tubes of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work. You may purchase these tubes and get your license from MPT.

1) Open paper 14. Press shift and d to duplicate the paper and then close the original. We will be working on duplicate. Promote your background to a layer.

2) From the freebie add on open frame 3. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 70%. Leave it centered.

3) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of both frames. Go to selections modify and expand by 5.

4) Activate your bottom layer and press your delete key. Add a new raster layer.

5) Open paper 6. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to selections invert and then tap your delete key. LEAVE SELECTED.

6) Open one of your tubes. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position in the left side frame to your liking. Once you are happy with the placement tap your delete key.

7) Open your second tube. If you want to mirror it do it now. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it in the right side frame to your liking. Once you are happy with the placement tap your delete key. Select none.

8) Give both tubes and your frame a drop shadow of your choice.

9) Close your background layer and merge visible. Open the background layer back up.

10) Open envelope2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 70%. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 30 degrees. Position it under your frames at the top of them to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

11) Open box4. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 20% and position it on the lower right hand corner of your frame. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

12) Open box3. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 10%. Move it down slightly to the left and on the first box you placed. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

13) Open two ornaments of your choice. Copy and paste them as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking and position them on your boxes. Give them both a drop shadow of your choice.

14) Open your last tube. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it to your liking. If you are using the same tube I am you will have to mirror it to get the same look I did. I moved my tube layer down below my boxes and ornaments.

15) Crop off all the excess.

16) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

17) Save in your desired format.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Katelynns Designs. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Christmas Memories. You can do so at Katelynn's Designs.

1) Open paper 20. Press shift and d to duplicate your image. Close the original.

2) Open torn bits03. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 80% and leave it centered. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

3) Open Journal1, copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it to the lower left hand corner of your torn paper. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

4) Open the train. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it the lower part of your image letting it overlap your journal tag slightly. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

5) Open bulbs1. Copy and paste them as a new layer. Resize them by 80%. Position them in the upper left hand corner of your torn paper. Give them a drop shadow of your choice.

6) Open stocking. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 80% and go to image and mirror it. Position it in the upper right hand corner. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

7) In your layer palette click on the torn paper layer to activate it. Open frame1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Leave it centered.

8) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of your frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 20.

9) On the torn paper layer press your delete key. Then on your background layer (if you bottom layer says background then right click on it and go to promote background to layer) click the delete key. Select none.

10) Merge all layers visible.

11) Add all proper copyrights and save it as a .png file. This is your quick page so you can use it again.

12) Open your picture. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it to the bottom and position to your liking in your frame.

13) Save as a .jpeg and print it out if you would like to.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Honored Scraps. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Under The Mistletoe. You can do so at Treasured Scraps.

You will a tube of your choice, one with a close up. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use her work. You may purchase this tube and get your license from MPT.

1) Open paper2 and press your shift key and the d key to duplicate your paper. Close the original. Promote the background to a layer.

2) Open frame2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 80%. Select inside the frame with your magic wand tool. Be sure to select all parts of it. Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Go to selections invert.

3) Activate your paper layer and tap the delete key on your keyboard. Select none.

4) Open the ornament that says Merry Christmas. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 60%. Position it on the upper left hand corner of your frame. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate the bulb and position it on the other side of your frame (do not mirror it as that will make the words appear backwards).

5) Open bow1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 40%. Position it on the left side of the ornament. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate your bow and go to image mirror.

6) Activate your frame layer again by clicking on it. With your magic wand select inside the frame (be sure to get all parts selected) Go to selections modify and expand by 5.

7) Add a new raster layer and move it below your frame layer. Open your close up tube and copy and paste it into the selection. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

8) At this point I cleaned up my layers some in case I wanted to make any changes so let's do that. Close off all your layers except for your paper, frame, and close up. Merge visible. Close that layer off. Open the ornament and bow on the left side and merge visible. Close that layer off now and open the ornament and bow on the right hand side and merge visible. Open all layers back up. This is now easier to work with.

9) At this point I resized both of my ornaments by 80% and then repositioned them.

10) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position it to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

11) Add your text. Position it on top of your frame. I had to move my frame down some to accommodate my text, you may have to do this as well depending on the font you used and the size you used.

12) Open box3. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 40% and position it under your tube at the bottom of your frame on the left hand side. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

13) Add all proper copyrights.

14) Crop off the excess. Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of BabyVDezign. This scrap kit is called Winter S'no Friends Large. You can purchase this kit at HERE.

A tube of your choice. I am using the amazing work of Elias Chatzoudis. You must have a license to use this tube. You may purchase this tube and a license at MPT.

1) Open a new transparent image 800 x 700.

2) Go to selections select all. Open paper 7. Copy and paste it into the selection, select none.

3) Open frame 1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50%. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 90 degrees. Go to image and then mirror. Move it to the upper left hand corner of your image. Use your magic wand tool and select the inside of your frame. Be sure to select all parts of it.

4) Add a new raster layer and move it below your frame. Flood fill it with a dark blue from your frame. Leave it selected.

5) Open your close up tube. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to selections invert. Tap your delete key. Select none. Change the layer properties to soft light and lower the opacity to around 78. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Close off the background layer. Merge it visible. Duplicate the frame layer and go to image mirror. Position them to your liking.

6) Open the white tree. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 70%. Position to your liking between your two frames.

7) Open the clear ornament bulb. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 30% then again by 80%.

8) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of the bulb. Add a new raster layer and move it below your bulb. Copy and paste your close up into the selection. Select none.

9) Give your bulb a light drop shadow of your choice. Right click on the bulb and merge down. Duplicate your bulb a few times and position them to your liking on the tree.

10) Open the holly2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 20%, then again by 60% and then again by 50%. Position it on top of one of your blubs. Give it the same drop shadow you gave your bulb. Duplicate it and position them all on your bulbs.

11) Open bow1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it once by 20% then again by 80%. Move it to the top of your tree. (See my header tag for placement.) Give it a drop shadow like you did for your bulb.

12) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Resize it if needed and position to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

13) Add all proper copyrights and any other text that you would like to add.

14) Resize it to your desired size and save in your desired format.

MAKING A CHRISTMAS CARD

I made this tag and tutorial in honor of Elric and his fight. Please read above to learn more and how you can help. You are all in my thoughts and prayers!!!!

Making A Christmas Card

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of BabyVDezign. This scrap kit is called Merry Christmas Large. You can purchase this kit at HERE.

Mask used and supplied by Vix. Check out her work HERE.

Supplies

1) Open a new transparent image 800 x 500.

2) Go to selections select all. Open paper 10, copy and paste it into the selection.

3) Add a new raster layer. Open paper 9, copy and paste it into the selection. Select none.

4) Go to image, new mask layer. In the drop down window find the mask and use the following settings:

5) In your layer palette right click and merge group. Lower the opacity to around 34.

6) Use your pick tool (raster deform tool) and stretch out your mask layer all the way across your image both up and down and on each side.

7) Open ribbon 1. Resize it to 800 pixels wide. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it all the way to the top. Duplicate it and go to image flip.

8) Duplicate it again go to image free rotate and rotate it by 90 degrees either right or left, it doesn't matter. Move it to one side. Duplicate it and go to image mirror.

9) Activate the first ribbon, go to selections select all, float, defloat. Then select one of the side ribbon layers and tap your delete key. Repeat for the other side ribbon. Select none.

10) Repeat the above process for the bottom ribbon.

11) Open clipart 5. Resize it to 400 pixels on the longest side. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 70 percent and then move it to the lower left hand corner. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

12) Open clipart 3. Resize it to 400 pixels copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 60% and move it next to the tree. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. I also moved mine below the tree.

13) Using a Christmas font (or you can use the one I supplied) Write out a quote or some other type of text of your choice. This is the one I used:

May the spirit of Christmas bring you peace,
The gladness of Christmas give you hope,
The warmth of Christmas grant you love.

14) Add your closing "Merry Christmas from (insert name here) or you can word this a different way if you prefer.

15) I added a gradient glow using eye candy 4000 for my text but that is optional.

16) Add all proper copyrights to the tag.

17) Merge it all flat and save in your desired format.

Fall Themed Quick Page/Layout

Fall Themed Quick page/Layout

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Babzy Boutique. This scrap kit is called Autumn Colors. You can purchase this kit at SNS.

You will need your own photo for this tutorial. The photo I am using is one that I took myself and is copyrighted to myself.

We are going to be making a fall themed layout and quick page. You will need a full sized scrap kit to work with. My screen shots may look slightly different than my final image. This is because sometimes you tweak things after you thought they were already done lol.

1) Open all 6 of the papers that come with this kit. Minimize all the papers except for paper 6. Duplicate this paper and close the original.

2) Copy paper2 as a new layer. Move it over all the way to the left until you are happy with the part that is showing:

3) Activate your bottom layer. Copy paper 7 as a new layer and move it over till you are happy with this placement:

4) Activate your bottom layer again. Copy paper 4 and paste it as a new layer. Move it over until you are happy with the placement:

5) Activate your top layer. Copy paper 5 as a new layer. Go to image resize and resize it by 50%. Be sure that all layers is not checked.

6) Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 45 degrees. Move it to the upper right hand corner like this:

7) Copy paper 7 as a new layer. Resize it by 50%. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 45 degrees. Move it to the lower right hand corner:

If you haven't already you can now close all the papers, we are done with those.

8) Open the frame. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it so that it is in the middle of all your papers:

This is just a basic placement. My final placement of the frame was moved down slightly so that it was centered on the right hand side.

9) Open all 4 of the buttons that came with this kit. Make sure you are on the top layer. Copy and paste them as new layers.

10) Position them to your liking on the papers on the left hand side. Something like this:

11) Open vines 2 and 3. Copy and paste them as a new layer.

12) Take vine 2 and position it to your liking on top of your upper left hand corner paper. Something like this:

13) For vine 3 go to image mirror. Then move it and position it on top of the paper in the lower right hand corner. Something like this:

14) Open the leaf. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 70%. Duplicate it 3 times so you have a total of 4. For 2 of the leaves go to image mirror. Position them under your buttons on the left hand side so you have something like this:

15) Now we are going to add some depth to all the above layers. By clicking on each layer to make them active, one at a time add the following drop shadow to every layer except the frame layer:

16) Now using the eye next to each layer close off the frame layer and the very bottom layer. Go to right click on one of the other layers and go to merge and merge visible.

17) Using your magic wand select the inside of your frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 10. This is what you should see now:

18) Click on your bottom layer to activate it (this should be the brown paper layer). Right click on this layer and go to promote background to layer. Tap your delete key on your key board. Selections select none.

19) Merge it visible. Add the proper copyrights and save this as a .png file with the following settings (Be sure to look at both screen shots before pressing ok):

You just made a quick page. Now to turn this into a layout just use your magic wand tool and select the inside of your frame again. Add a new layer and move it below your image. Copy and paste your picture into the selection and then select none. Add some text about the picture. Save it and you are done.

A tube of your choice. I am using the amazing work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use this tube. You may purchase this tube and a license at MPT.

1) Open a new transparent image 800 x 600 pixels.

2) Open element15. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 5 degrees. Move it to the upper left hand corner. See my header image for placement.

3) Go to selections select all, selections floats, selections defloat.

4) Open SoA.Paper22. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it in your frame to your liking. Press your delete key. Select none.

5) Activate your frame layer. Using your magic wand click in the blank space OUTSIDE your frame.

6) Activate your paper layer. Press your delete key twice. Select none.

7) Move the paper layer below your frame.

8) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Go to image mirror.

9) Activate your frame layer again and click in the outside area of the frame using your magic wand tool.

10) Position your tube inside the marching ants to your liking. Activate your eraser tool and erase all parts of the tube outside of the marching ants. Once you are done select none. Lower the opacity to around 30.

11) Open element45. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it over your frame. Position to your liking. Adjust the placement of your tube if necessary.

12) Open the word art. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to adjust manual color correction. Use the following settings:

13) Move it to upper right hand corner. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

14) Open element13 copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it under your word art. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

15) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position it to your liking next to your frame. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

16) Add all copyrights and any other text that you would like to add.

17) Merge it visible. Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

Autumn Aura Tut

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Inzpired Dezignz. This scrap kit is called Autumn Aura. You can purchase this kit at Dazzling Designs Scraps.

A tube of your choice. I am using the amazing work of Myka Jelina. You must have a license to use this tube. You may purchase this tube and a license at CILM.

Plug Ins Needed:

FM Tile Tools

1) Open a new transparent image 800 x 800. Select all.

2) Open one of the papers. Copy and paste it into the selection. Select none.

3) Open the single frame of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize if needed and leave it in the center of your image.

4) Using your selection tool select set on rectangle draw a rectangle around your frame. Something like this:

5) Add a new raster layer and move it down below your frame.

6) Open a new paper and copy and paste it into the selection. DO NOT DESELECT!!

7) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position it inside your frame so that you are happy with the placement. Go to selections invert and tap your delete key. Selections select none.

8) On your tube layer change the blend mode to Luminance L and lower the opacity to around 47.

9) Go to effects, plug ins, FM tile tools and use the blend emboss. Use the default settings. (this step is optional).

10) Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

11) Activate your frame layer and give it a drop shadow of your choice.

12) Right click and paste again (your tube should still be in your memory). Move it to the lower left hand side of your frame. See header tag for placement.

13) Give your tube a drop shadow of your choice.

14) Open the butterfly of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Position it in your flowers to your liking.

15) Using your crop tool crop off all the excess.

16) Add all copyrights and any other text that you would like to add.

17) Resize it to your desired size and save in your desired format.

1) Open paper 1. Press shift and d to duplicate it and then close the original.

2) Open ele50. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 90 degrees. Your ribbons should now be on the bottom like this:

3) Now move your frame up to the right hand corner something like this:

4) Now click on your selections tool with the following settings:

5) Draw out a selection on your frame like this:

6) In your layer palette click on the bottom layer (your paper layer) right click on it and go to promote background to layer:

7) Now on your keyboard tap your delete key one time. You will notice that your paper has now disappeared inside the frame. This is a good thing so don't panic lol.

8) Go to selections select none.

9) Open ele85. Copy and paste it as a new layer. (it is behind your frame and that is ok)

10) Go to image resize and use the following settings:

11) Go to image free rotate and rotate it using the following settings:

12) Position it something like this (it is ok if it goes off the page a little bit):

13) Open Ele3. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it to the bottom right hand corner of your image like this:

14) Activate your pick tool (in versions 9 and below this is the raster deform tool) and using the middle node on the left hand side drag it out so that it goes across the bottom of your image:

15) This is what is should look like now:

16) Open Ele4. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it just above the green layer like this:

17) Use your pick tool (or raster deform tool) again and drag this one as well. It should look like this now:

18) Open Ele74. In your layer palette click on your paper layer. Copy and paste your element as a new layer. Position it like this:

19) Open Ele111. In your layer palette click on your yellow border at the bottom. Copy and paste the star ribbon as a new layer and position it like this:

20) Open Ele95. In your layer palette click on the top layer. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50% using the same settings as above. Move it on top of your green square like this:

21) Now comes the best part of making scrap pages on the computer. If you were doing this on paper it would look just like this. We are going to go through and on all our layers except for the frame and bottom paper layer we are going to add a drop shadow. This will give us some depth to our newly created page. Use the following drop shadow on everything:

22) In your layer palette right click and go to merge visible:

23) Now add all copyright information. When making quick pages I always add the name of the designer and a link to their blog or store as well as my name like this:

24) Now merge visible again and save it as .png file. This way you will still have the transparent part to insert a picture into. Your final image should look similar to mine at the top.

Hot For You

This tutorial was written assuming that you have a working knowledge of psp. This tutorial is not for a beginner although beginners are welcome to try it.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Inzpired Dezignz. This scrap kit is called Gingham Absurdity. You can purchase this kit at Dazzling Designs Scraps. I am using the full size kit.

A tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. The tube I am using is one that has a bonus close up so you will need a close up tube as well as the regular tube. You must have a license to use this tube. You may purchase this tube and a license at MPT.

Plug Ins Used:

FM Tile Tools: Blend Emboss (optional)

You will not need any templates for this tutorial. This tutorial has been written as a guideline only. Please feel free to use your imagination and deviate from this tut in any way that makes you feel comfortable. You are welcome to do what you would like to do with your results of this tutorial as long as you are not using them for monetary gain.

1) Open a new transparent image 800 x 500.

2) Open Ele 87. Resize it to 426 x 425 pixels. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it by 30 degrees to the right, move it to the left hand side of your image. Duplicate it and mirror it. Position them to your liking.

3) Open ele 49. Resize it to 572 x 418. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left 90 degrees ALL layers checked. Leave it centered on your image.

4) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of your frame. Be sure to select all areas. Go to selections modify and expand by 10 pixels.

5) Add a new raster layer and move it below your frame layer. Open Ppr003. Copy and paste it into the selection. Select none.

6) Give your frame a drop shadow of your choice.

7) Using your selection tool draw out a rectangle on your frame something like this:

8) Add a new raster layer. Move it below your frame. Copy the close up tube and paste it into the selection. Select none.

9)This step is optional. Go to effects plug ins and find your FM Tile Tools blend emboss, use the following settings:

10) Lower the opacity to 80. Give your close up a drop shadow of your choice.

11) Activate your frame layer and then copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Leave it centered at the bottom of your image. See my header for placement. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

12) Open Ele 72 and resize it to 255 x 284. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it over to the left of your image and then down below the frame paper like this:

13) Give it a small drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate it and mirror it.

14) Open Ele57 and resize it to 197 x 223. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it left side of your frame below your paper layer. Something like this:

15) Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate this layer and go to image mirror.

16) Add all proper copyrights and any other text you would like to add.

17) Merge everything visible.

18) Resize it to your desired size and save in your desired format.

SUMMER FUN QUICKPAGE/LAYOUT

Summer Fun Layout

This tutorial was written assuming that you have a working knowledge of psp. This tutorial is not for a beginner although beginners are welcome to try it.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Wench Designs. I am using two kits from her Shades of Collection. For this tutorial I am using Shades of Black and Shades of Green. For purchasing information check out her blog.

In this tutorial I am going to show you how I made the layout above. Because I will eventually print this page out and put it in a scrap book I am going to make mine 12 in x 12 in (3600 pixels x 3600 pixels). You are welcome to make yours in whatever size you like.

1) From the black kit open paper 3. Duplicate then close the original.

2) From the green kit open grass 1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it to the lower right hand corner. Duplicate that grass and then go to image mirror. Move it next to the original one, overlap them so you don't see a gap between the two grass pieces. Right click in your layer palette and merge down. 3) Duplicate this merged layer and move it over next to them. Again overlap them so you don't see a gap. Keep doing this until your grass goes all along the bottom. You should have something like this now:

4) Close off your background layer and merge visible. Add the following drop shadow to your grass:

5) You can open your background back up now. From the shades of green kit open frame 7. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move the frame down into your grass just a little bit like this:

6) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of your frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Activate your paper layer and tap your delete key. Activate your grass layer and tap your delete key. Select none.

7) Activate your top layer. From the black kit open bird one. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 80%. Position it on the frame in the lower left hand corner. Go to image mirror. (see header tag for placement idea).

8) From the black kit open tag 1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 10 degrees. Position it on the upper left hand corner of your frame like mine. Duplicate your tag and move one below your frame layer.

9) Using your eraser tool erase part of the tag's string so that it looks like this:

10) Merge your layers visible.

11) Add all copyrights that you need to add. Make sure you use a light enough color that it can be seen and read. Merge visible again. Save it in .png format. You have just created your quick page. You will also now have this page to use again if you would like to.

12) Using your magic wand tool select inside your frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 2. Add a new raster layer. Copy and paste your photo into the selection. Move it down.

13) Add anything that you would to add about your photo.

14) Save as a jpeg. This is your layout.

Fun with Friends Layout

This tutorial was written assuming that you have a working knowledge of psp. This tutorial is not for a beginner although beginners are welcome to try it.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Wench Designs. I am using two kits from her Shades of Collection. For this tutorial I am using Shades of Brown and Shades of Orange. For purchasing info please check out her BLOG.

In this tutorial I am going to show you how I made the layout above. Because I will eventually print this page out and put it in a scrap book I am going to make my 12 in x 12 in (3600 pixels x 3600 pixels). You are welcome to make yours in whatever size you like.

1) From the brown kit open paper 2. Press control D to duplicate it and close the original.

2) From the orange kit open frame 6. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50%. Duplicate the frame.

3) Making sure you are on the duplicate frame go to image free rotate and rotate it by 30 degrees to the right.

4) Duplicate your rotated frame and go to image mirror. Position them like this:

5) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of all your frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Activate your paper layer, right and press you delete key. Select none.

6) Now let's put in our photos. Doing this now will help us figure out what else we want on our scrap page. Let's start with the top right hand side frame. Select the inside of it with your magic wand tool (make sure that layer is active). Go to selections modify and expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and move it down right above your background.

7) Now let's get our first picture ready to go into our frame. Activate your first picture. Using your crop tool crop off all the areas around your picture that you don't need or want in the photo. Once you are done with that right click in your layer palette and promote your background to a raster layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 30 degrees. Make sure that ALL layers IS checked. Now right click and copy.

8) Back to our background. Making sure you empty layer is active right click and paste into selection. Select none. Now you may notice that you can see part of the background around your pic from where you deleted your paper ealier. If you see this just use your raster deform (or pick) tool and stretch it out some.

9) Now you can repeat this same process for the left frame but be sure to rotate your picture to the left. Make sure that you add a new raster layer for this picture.

10) Repeat again for the straight frame and this time don't rotate your picture. Make sure that you add a new raster layer for this picture as well. You want everything on its own layer in case you want to delete something later or add something else to it.

11) OK now we have all our pics in place if you like the way it looks let's start adding to it. First let's add some text. I want my text to stand out a little bit so I used a light brown box from the brown kit. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 70%. Position it in the lower left hand corner. Duplicate it and then mirror it. Now add your text to the boxes.

12) Now finish off your layout with some of the elements of your choice. If you want to use the same elements I did you are welcome to. If you want to use your own that works too. I like things simple so I just added a paint splatter to both sides.

13) Once you have everything the way that you want it add your copyrights to the layout. DO NOT MERGE IT YET!!

14) Ok now this is one of the best parts of scrapping on the computer. Go through and add the following drop shadow to every layer:

15) At this point we are going to do 2 different things. The first one we are going to do is use the little eye next to the pictures and turn those off then turn off all the layers with your text on them. Merge visible. Save this in .png format. This is your quick page. If you ever want to use this again you will be able to.

16) Click your undo button and then turn all your layers back on. Save this as a .jpeg.

You are all done and you have created a beautiful layout that will keep your memories forever.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of BabyV. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Divalicious. You can do so at Katelynn's Designs.

You will need 4 tubes of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work. You may purchase this tube and get your license from MPT.

1) Open a new transparent image 900 x 600.

2) Open the frame of your choice. Resize it to a size of your liking.

3) Select the inside of all the frames with your magic wand tool.

4) Go to selections modify and expand by 5.

5) Copy and paste the paper of your choice as a new layer. Go to selections invert and then tap the delete key on your keyboard. Select none. Move the paper layer below your frame layer.

6) Back on the frame layer select the inside of the upper left hand side frame. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer (resize it if you need to before you copy and paste it) position it inside of the marching ants to your liking. Go to selections invert and delete. Select none. Move this layer below your frame layer.

7) Repeat step 6 for the frames on the right hand side. Leave the frame on the lower left hand side blank.

8) Give your tubes a drop shadow of your choice. Give the frame a drop shadow of your choice.

9) Open the flowers of your choice. Copy and paste them as a new layer. Resize until you are happy with the size. Go to image free rotate and rotate them to the left 45 degrees. Move it below your frame layer. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Position them to your liking. Duplicate and mirror the flowers. Make sure you are happy with the placement.

10) Repeat step 9 with a different flower and make it slightly smaller. See the header tag for placement ideas.

11) Open the butterfly and copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize until you are happy with the size. Position in on the upper right hand corner of your frame. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

12) Open the charm of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize until you are happy with the size. Position it under the flowers so that it is hanging from your flowers. See my header tag for example. Duplicate it and mirror it.

13) Open the cell phone of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 20 degrees. Move it below the frame, tubes, and paper layer but above the flowers.

14) Crop off the excess empty areas.

15) Add all proper copyrights and any other text that you would like to add.

16) Save in your desired format.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Misses BeeHaven. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Rose Bud Cherry. You can do so at Katelynn's Designs.

You will need a tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work. You may purchase this tube and get your license from MPT.

This is going to a fairly simple tag to make.

1) Open a new transparent image 900 x 700.

2) Open frame 2. Copy and paste it as a new layer. resize to a size of your liking. Move it slight to the left and slightly down. Duplicate your frame and go to image mirror. Move it up slightly. This is what mine looks like:

3) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of both frames. Make sure you get both above and below the bow.

4) Go to selections modify and expand by 3 pixels.

5) Open the paper of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it to your liking.

6) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position it one of the frames to your liking.
7) On your tube image go to image mirror. Then copy and paste it as a new layer. Positioning it in the other frame to your liking.

8) Move everything below your frame layers.

9) Go to selections invert. Then on each of your tube layers and your paper layer tap your delete key. You should end up with something like this:

10) Add a drop shadow of your choice to both frames and both tubes.

11) Open the journaling tag of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 30 degrees.

12) Using the font of your choice and the colors of your choice write out the words "A rose for you!!". Free rotate it to the right by 30 degrees and position it on your journaling tag. Give the text and the tag a drop shadow of your choice.

13) Open the stick pin of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize so that it fits on your journaling tag. Free rotate it to the right by 30 degrees. Give it a drop shadow and position it on the top of your journaling tag.

14) Open charm 1. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 30 degrees. Move it to the upper left hand corner of your left hand frame. Position it to your liking.

15) Add all proper copyrights and any other text that you would like to add.

16) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Manda'z Dazzling Dezingz. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Gradys Choice. You can do so at Katelynn's Designs.

You will need 2 graphics of your choice. The graphics I am using are ones that I took myself. They belong to me and all rights to them also belong to me.

This tutorial will show you how to make layout.

1) Open a new transparent image 3600 x 3600.

2) Go to selections select all.

3) Open the paper of your choice. Copy and paste it into the selection. Select none.

4) Open the frame of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer.

5) Resize it by 75% if you need to. Move it to the upper left hand corner of your frame. Duplicate it and go to image mirror.

6) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of one of your frames. Go to selections modify and expand by 10.

7) Add a new raster layer and move it below your frame layer.

8) Open one of your graphics, copy and paste it into the selection. Select none and repeat with the other frame using your other graphic.

9) Open the journaling tag of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. If it looks too small go to image resize and resize it by 150%. Position it in the center of your two frames. You will have to move it up above your frames.

10) Give both frames a drop shadow of your choice.

11) Open the hanging charm of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize if needed. Position it in the middle of your two frames. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Move it to the top if you need too.

12) Open the doodle of your choice. If yours is laying flat then go to image free rotate to the left by 30 degrees. Position it on one of your frames. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Duplicate your doodle and go to image mirror.

13) You can crop off the excess paper at this point if you would like to.

14) Add any text that you would like to add.

15) Add all proper copyrights.

16) Merge it and save it in your desired format.

You have now made a quick and easy layout to show off your pictures.

6) Duplicate your frame and then go to image mirror. It is ok if they overlap in the middle like this:

7) Open bear 3 and resize it by 30%. Right click and copy.

8) On your main image now select the inside of one of your frames with your magic wand tool.

9) Right click and paste as a new layer. Position inside the marching ants to your liking. Go to selections invert and then tap your delete key on your keyboard. Select none.

10) Repeat steps 8 and 9 with the other frame.

11) Open charm 4. Resize it by 20%. Position it on the lower part of your frame on the left hand side. Duplicate it and mirror it.

12) Open flowers1 and copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 20% and then position them on top of the charm on the left frame. Duplicate the flower and go to image mirror.

13) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Leave it in the middle so that it covers your frames where they overlapped earlier.

14) Add all copyright information and any other text that you would like to add.

15) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

This tutorial was written assuming that you have a working knowledge of psp. This tutorial is not for a beginner although beginners are welcome to try it.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of This N That. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Rockin Attitude. You can do so at Katelynn's Designs.

You will need a tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work. You may purchase this tube and get your license from MPT.

1) Open 3 papers of your choice. Copy and paste two of them as a new layer on top of the other one. Put your darkest paper in the middle.

2) Go to image resize and resize all layers to 800 x 800 pixels. Make sure all layers is checked.

3) Activate your top layer by clicking on it.

4) Go to layers, load save mask from disk and select tile weave (this mask should have come with your psp.) Use the default settings and click apply.

5) Right click on the mask layer in your layer palette and click delete. Click yes in the box that pops up.

6) Activate the second layer under your top layer (should be slightly indented) and right click and select merge group.

7) Activate your top and layer, right click and merge down.

8) Go to image, resize and resize to 700 pixels, this time UN-check all layers.

9) Open the frame of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it to your desired size, leave it kind of large and in the middle of your image.

10) Select the inside of your frame (make sure you get all parts of it). Open another paper of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to selections invert and then tap your delete key on your keyboard. Select none. Move the paper below your frame layer.

11) Open 3 stars of your choice. Copy and paste the first one as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Place in the lower right hand corner of your frame. Repeat this for the last two stars, resizing each one slightly smaller and putting them on top of each other. Give each star a drop shadow of your choice.

12) Once you have all your stars positioned to your liking merge them together. Duplicate your stars and then go to image and mirror them.

13) Activate your frame layer again and duplicate it.

14) Open your tube. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Move it in between your two frame layers.

15) Activate your top frame layer. Using your eraser tool erase the parts of the top frame that are covering your tube. Give your tube a drop shadow of your choice.

16) Open a handing star of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it to your desired size. Move it to one of the corners of your frame and once you are happy with the placement move it below your bottom frame.

17) While still on your star layer go to selections select all, float, defloat.

18) Activate one of your frames. Using your eraser tool erase parts of your frame that are covering your star that you want to be seen on top of the frame. The goal here is to make the star look like it is hanging off your frame. You will have to play around with erasing different parts and maybe undoing other parts. You will have to erase on both frames. Don't worry about erasing past the star itself. That is why you selected the star, you won't erase anything that isn't inside your marching ants.

19) Duplicate your star and repeat step 18 on the other side. This side shouldn't take as much time as you will just have to erase the same parts like you did in step 18.

20) Activate your bottom layer. Go to effects and buttonize. Use the following settings:

21) Activate your mask layer. Apply the following drop shadow:

22) Repeat the above drop shadow but change the vertical and horizontal to -10.

23) Add all proper copyrights.

24) Add any other text that you would like to add.

25) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

You will need a tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work. You may purchase this tube and get your license from MPT.

1) Open a new transparent image 700 x 500.

2) Open the frame of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 90%. Leave it in the middle of your image.

3) Open the speaker of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 60%. Free rotate it to the left 15 degrees. Move it to the lower left hand corner of your frame.

4) Open the MP3 player of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50% and free rotate it to the left 15 degrees. Position it on top of your speaker in the lower left hand corner of your frame.

5) Open the head phones of your choice. Copy and paste them as a new layer. Resize them by 40%. Go to image free rotate and rotate them to the right 15 degrees. Apply the following drop shadow:

6) Open the volume control button of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 50% and free rotate it to the left 15 degrees and position it in the lower left hand corner of your frame on top of your speaker and MP3 player. Apply the same drop shadow as above except change the color to black.

7) Close off your head phones layer and your framer layer. Merge visible. Duplicate your merged layer and then go to image and mirror.

8) Turn off the merged layers and open your head phone layers. Go to image duplicate and then image mirror.

9) Turn all your layers back on.

10) Open the key board of your choice. Resize it by 50% and position it at the bottom of your frame in the middle.

11) Activate your frame layer. Using your magic wand select inside your frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 5.

12) Activate your bottom layer (it should be blank) and copy your paper and then paste it into selection. Go to selections select none.

13) Open your tube. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 95%. Move it to the left hand side of your image. Give it the same drop shadow as above. Duplicate your tube and then go to image mirror.

14) Add any text that you would like to add.

15) Add all proper copyrights.

16) Resize it to your desired size and save in your desired format.

This tutorial was written assuming that you have a working knowledge of psp. This tutorial is not for a beginner although beginners are welcome to try it.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Honored Scraps. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Princess Tales. You can do so at Treasured Scraps.

You will a tube of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Caron Vinson. You must have a license to use her work. You may purchase this tube and get your license from CILM.

1) Open a new transparent image 800 x 800.

2) Open the frame of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it by 80%. Leave it in the center of your image.

3) Using your magic wand tool select the inside your frame. Go to selections modify and expand by 10. Copy and paste a contrasting paper of your choice as a new layer. Go to selections invert and tap your delete key. Select None.

4) Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position in the frame to your liking.

5) Move your frame layer to the top so that it is above your paper and tube layers.

6) Add a drop shadow of your choice to both tubes and your frame layer.

7) Open the present that matches your frame. Resize to your desired size. Position in the lower left hand corner of your frame. (see my header tag for placement ideas) Duplicate the present and go to image mirror. Make sure it is in the lower right hand corner of your frame. Give them both a drop shadow of your choice.

8) Open the flower of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize to a size of your liking. Move it below your presents. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Move it to one side like in my header tag, duplicate it and move it over to the other side. Be sure you are staying behind the presents.

9) Open the work art of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize if needed. Give it a drop shadow of your choice. Move it to the bottom between your presents. Move it up so it above your presents if necessary.

10) Open 3 of the magic wands. Position them on your frame under your presents. See my header tag for placement ideas. Give them all drop shadows of your choice. If you want to do yours exactly like mine here is how I did it. Open one wand that is standing straight up and down. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize if needed and move it down below your presents. Position it in the middle of the frame border. Give it a drop shadow. Duplicate it and mirror it.

11) Open one of your wands that is rotated slightly to one side (if you don’t have one that goes this way either pick another one from the kit or free rotate to your liking). Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize if needed. Position it on the first magic wand. Try to position it so that it looks like where they are crossing is under your presents. Give it a drop shadow of your choice, duplicate it and mirror it.

12) Open your last wand that is rotated slightly to other side (if you don’t have one that goes this way either pick another one from the kit or free rotate to your liking). Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize if needed. Position it on the first magic wand. Try to position it so that it looks like where they are crossing is under your presents. Give it a drop shadow of your choice, duplicate it and mirror it.

13) Add any other text that you would like to add.

14) Add all proper copyrights.

15) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

Waiting For You

This tutorial was written assuming that you have a working knowledge of psp. This tutorial is not for a beginner although beginners are welcome to try it.

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Darla’s Scraps. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Citrus Twist. You can do so at SNS.

You will need two tubes of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work. You may purchase this tube and get your license from MPT.

1) Open a new transparent image 800 x 700.

2) Open the hanging frame of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize if needed and leave it in the center of your image.

3) Open the notebook paper of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 15 degrees. Position it on the frame to your liking. See my header tag for placement ideas. (You may have to move the frame around till you are happy with both placements)

4) Using your magic wand tool select the inside of your frame.

5) Open a paper of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Place it inside the marching ants till you are happy with what shows. Go to selections invert and then tap your delete key on your keyboard. Select none. Move the paper layer below your frame.

6) Open the vine of your choice. Resize it as needed. If you are using the same one I used I had to resize it by 50% 3 times. Then I had to go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 90 degrees. After you have one that is sideways instead of up and down go to image free rotate and rotate it the left by 30 degrees. Position it on top of your frame in the lower right hand corner.

7) This step is optional. I wanted to use a bow as my frame hanger so I erased the flower and used one of the bows from the kit and placed it where the flower was.

8) Using your magic wand tool make sure you are on your frame layer. Select the inside of your frame. Open one of your tubes, copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it in your frame to your liking. Go to selections invert and then tap your delete key. Select none. Move your tube below your frame layer. Change the blend mode of your tube to soft light.

9) Open the butterfly of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it to a size of your liking. Position it on the upper left hand side of your frame. Duplicate your butterfly. Go to image mirror. Resize it a little smaller than the first one and position it on the right hand side of your frame.

10) Open the flower clip of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it to a size of your liking. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the left by 30 degrees. Position it on your notebook paper.

11) Open the heart string and copy and paste it as a new layer. Resize it to a size of your liking. Position it under your flower clip on your paper.

12) Add a drop shadow of your choice to all your elements and tubes.

13) Copy and paste your second tube as a new layer. Resize if needed. Position it to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

14) Add some word art or put in some words of your choice on the notebook paper.

15) Add any other text that you would like to add.

16) Add all proper copyrights.

17) Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.

You Rock My World

Supplies Needed:

A scrap kit of your choice, I am using the amazing work of Missy Lynn Scraps. You must purchase this kit before you can use. This kit is called Grungy Love. You can do so at Katelynn's Designs.

You will need two tubes of your choice. I am using the amazing art work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work. You may purchase this tube and get your license from MPT.

1) Open a new blank image 800 x 500

2) Open the paper of your choice. Right click on it and copy.

3) On your original image go to selections select all then paste your paper into the selection.

4) Open the tube of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. If you are using the same tube I did go to image mirror and then resize it by 90%. Move your tube to left hand side of your image.

5) Open the triple frame of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Position it under your tube. See my header tag for placement.

6) Using your selection tool draw rectangles around all the insides of your frames.

7) Add a new layer and move it down.

8) Open the keyboard of your choice. Copy and paste it into the selection.

9) Leave it selected and add another raster layer. Move it below your keyboard layer.

10) Open another paper and copy and paste it into the selection. Select none.

11) Open the flowers of your choice. Copy and paste them as a new layer. Resize as needed and position under your frame on the right hand side.

12) Open the guitar of your choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Go to image free rotate and rotate it to the right by 30 degrees. Move it to the right side of your frame. See my header tag for placement ideas.

13) Add the words “You Rock My World” to the top of your frame.

14) Add all proper copyrights and any other text that you would like to add.

15) Merge it all flat. Resize to your desired size and save in your desired format.
